Strawberry Valentine’s Day Fudge

Fudge is the ultra in decadent dessert. And you would think such a dreamy treat would take hours in the kitchen. Nope, not the case with this strawberry fudge. Two ingredients. Maybe ten minutes. And voila! Dreamy, creamy, no-bake fudge that will have you sneaking a slice until it’s gone!


What you’ll need:

16 oz. Jar of Strawberry Frosting (any Brand)

12 oz. Bag of White Chocolate Chips

Pink Velvet sprinkle mix


Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray-set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, add all of chocolate chips (except ½ C-set aside for later) and heat to melt (stirring often to prevent burning).  Once melted, add the strawberry frosting to the melted chocolate.  Pour mixture into lined and greased baking dish and place in refrigerator for 2 hours to set. 

Once set, use a sharp knife to cut desired pieces of fudge.  Heat the ½ C. of white chocolate chips reserved from earlier and drizzle on top of the fudge pieces and immediately top the Pink Velvet Sprinkle Mix!
